How to make a Smoke On The Water “Smoke on the water, a fire in the sky”
50ml of Mezcal
25ml of Cointreau
3 Tsp of Hibiscus Simple Syrup
35ml of Watermelon Juice
3 Tsp of Lime Juice
Optional: Rosemary Sprig soaked in 100-proof alcohol, for garnish
Add all of the ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice
Shake until cool to the touch
Strain into a Rocks Glass filled with Ice Cubes
For garnish: Soak a Rosemary Sprig in 100-proof alcohol for 5 minutes.
Then place upright in drink and set alight straight before serving!
For a safer option, blow out flames before serving to allow smoke to disperse over the drink.
