  2. Shake until fully combined

  • 90ml of Gin
  • 45ml Beetroot Shrub
  • 7.5ml of Lemon Juice
  • Tonic Water

Directions

  1. Add all of the ingredients apart from the Tonic Water to a mixing glass filled with ice

  3. Strain into an ice filled glass
  4. Top up with tonic water and garnish with a sprig of mint

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a mixing glass filled with ice
  2. Stir until combined
  3. Strain into an ice-filled glass
  4. Garnish with 70% chocolate

  • 50ml of Mezcal
  • 25ml of Beetroot Shrub
  • 7.5ml of Lime Juice
  • 7.5ml of Maple Syrup
  • 1 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • Maple Syrup, to rim the glass

Directions

  1. Coat the rim of the glass in Maple Syrup
  2. Combine the salt and pepper on a plate, and using the maple syrup, coat the rim of the glass in the salt & pepper mix
  3. Add the mezcal, beetroot shrub, lime juice and maple syrup to an ice-filled cocktail shaker
  4. Shake to combine
  5. Strain into the prepared glass
  6. Garnish with a lime wheel
