How to make a Tropical Mai Tai Cocktail


35ml of Spiced Rum
25ml of Coconut Rum
100ml of Pineapple Juice
50ml of Orange Juice
1 tsp of Grenadine
Pineapple Leaves and Maraschino Cherries for garnish


Add the spiced rum, coconut rum, pineapple juice and orange juice to a cocktail shaker filled with ice
Shake until the cocktail shaker is cold to the touch
Strain into a glass filled with ice
Gently pour the grenadine over the back of a bar spoon into the cocktail creating a layered effect
Garnish with pineapple leaves and marachinno cherries
