I didn't have any problems but I did email them asking for an estimated date that the item would arrive and they responded very quickly and were friendly and very helpful. When I received my fairly large order there was a chip on the rim of one of the glasses and one had a crack down it. After sending over an email to the customer services team they dispatched replacements the next day! Can't fault the customer service at all thanks for being so swift to help!!"

I absolutely love the sparklers, cocktail umbrellas and glitter sticks. Exactly what I need to add atmospere when I make cocktails for my friends. I was a little disappointed with the colour changing straws, but I think that is more to do with my expectations than the actual straws. I am sure the kids will love them.
