"My glasses arrived intact despite plastic 'airbag' padding only on top and at sides. The 2 boxes of 6 were unprotected below and at the other side(s) except for their own boxes which are simply thin cardboard (with dividers inside). Maybe this always works but there is a lot of handling involved from pick up to depot onward depot and then as I missed the driver, unload from that van to our local depot where I collected. "I have looked for the slim glasses I wanted in all the shops in Newcastle and was unable to find them. When our son was home he went on the internet and found that your firm could supply them. "This order wasn't without its problems. Firstly the packaging of some of the 'small parts' meant that the spouts were jammed in one of the connecting tubes to the fountain. However, one phone call to your company resulted in prompt action - I had a return phone call within 30 minutes and a new set of the appropriate parts were posted out to me 1st class. On receiving these parts the cocktail fountains was then 'built' but when switched on did not work! The liquid would just not go up the tube and around the fountain. Waited patiently over the weekend and 1st thing Monday morning rang your company again - we wanted the fountain for the forthcoming Saturday for my daughter's 21st - and once again, with prompt service a new 'base' for the fountain was sent Special Delivery which arrived the next day. This time it worked - thankfully! During this process which could have become rather tiresome and frustrating I dealt with a girl called Sophie who was 1st class in her approach to me as a customer and I would like to make a special mention as to how helpful and understanding she was with regard to this order. I will send her a separate e-mail direct to thank her - it is rare in this day and age to have such good customer service, so my thanks to her."
