Drink coolers are small plastic or metal shapes filled with distilled water and placed in the freezer before adding to a drink. Because distilled water has a low freezing point it won't freeze and expand within the drink cooler in a standard domestic freezer. Frozen drink coolers allow a drink to be cooled without diluting it and can be washed and reused after use.
