Flair Bartending, also known as extreme bartending or flairtending, is the practise of bartenders entertaining audiences using bar tools to perform skills and tricks. Commonly practised in bars or at shows by professional bartenders, flair bartenders use cocktail equipment and spirit bottles to perform tricks such as juggling, flipping and manipulating flaming spirits.
