A glass rimmer is a shallow rounded bowl which is filled with salt, sugar or citrus juice. The rim of a cocktail glass, such as a margarita glass, is dipped in the citrus juice and then the salt or sugar. Some glass rimmers have sections for citrus juice, salt and sugar, while some are just salt rimmers.
