Measure Bracket

Glossary of Terms

A measure bracket is clamp used for holding a spirit bottle with an optic measure. A bracket is usually constructed from aluminium, and is typically wall mounted, shelf mounted or on a stand. A different size bracket is required depending on the volume of the spirit bottle, with most brackets ranging from 70cl to a gallon. Measure brackets are popular in the pub trade due to the convenience of dispensing spirits through an optic and to display bottles to the customer. Bottles are supplied to pubs with upside down labels so they will be the correct way up when mounted on the bracket.
