A virgin is a type of non-alcoholic drink which is designed to taste and look the similar an alcoholic cocktail. A virgin cocktail (also known as a mocktail) may be based on an original cocktail recipe with the omission or substitution of the alcohol, or may have its own recipe, such as the Shirley Temple or Roy Rogers.
