Buying Administrator - Tableware

Drinkstuff is looking to recruit a Buying Administrator for tableware to provide administrative support to our busy Buying Team. The successful candidate will need to have the following attributes.

  • Methodical working practise
  • Adaptable
  • Excellent communicator
  • Ability to work at a fast pace
  • Able to work under pressure at times

Duties will include:

  • Placing Purchase orders, ensuring all prices are accurate
  • Thoroughly checking order confirmations against Purchase orders, and querying any discrepancies
  • Chasing Purchase orders to ensure receipt and confirm a timely lead time
  • Chasing back orders and reporting any long lead times to the relevant Buyer
  • Booking in orders with the warehouse
  • Assisting with delivery notes and inputting stock to our system
  • Dealing with delivery issues as they arise, ensuring they are reported and resolved quickly
  • Updating cost prices as they arise, flagging any large increases to the Buyer
  • Creating raw and top products on our system to allow the Buyers to place orders
  • Raising direct delivery orders for non-stocked items to be sent to our customers
  • Ad hoc admin tasks as they arise

Pricing and Marketplace Administrator

To monitor the Drinkstuff's prices, ensuring products are profit-maximised, and slow/fast moving products are appropriately price adjusted. And that our pricing is in-line with the industry and our competitors.

Duties will include:

  • Monitoring the sales performance of our products.
  • Pricing our products at an optimum price level to maximise profits whilst ensuring that core generic lines remain competitively priced.
  • Evaluating our prices to our customers when we receive cost price adjustments from our suppliers.
  • Making/Suggesting Amazon title, E-bay title, Amazon search term, Amazon Node & Google Product Search changes to improve the visibility of our products on marketplaces and google shopping.
  • Pricing new products.
  • Stock Management - reducing the price of high stock lines and increasing the price of low stock lines to maximise profitability whilst ensuring that we do not have too long a stock holding for any product.

Website Content Administrator

Drinkstuff is looking to recruit a Website Content Administrator to work with the Web Content Team in creating, maintaining and updating the current website content.

  • Reviewing and updating the current product listings
  • Producing new content for the website
  • Support the team to ensure the website content is completed
  • Optimising the internal search engine
  • Recognise key words/terms used by the company
  • Working with the Customer Service team to update product listings
