It was delivered in a timely manner and packaged well. I had an issue with the dispenser, I contacted customer service and they were brilliant. I got sorted almost immediately. "Aesthetically great product, not used yet, but looks great. Only negative is that the holes have been cut a little low so the jars balance a on the actual tap, tried out the water tightness and seems to be holding but have not tried for a long period."
