"Had a problem with the first table as it arrived with a rip in the outer rim. The customer service staff were excellent, sent a photo of the rip and the item was approved for a return the next day, I notified that it had been collected and a new one was dispatched, the whole thing was rectified within a week. Can't praise the customer service staff enough. The Poker Table itself is great, much sturdier than I imagined and my son is delighted with it."
