Brilliant customer service

"I have ordered from drinkstuff.com on several occasions now & have been really impressed with the quality of the items. You are kept informed of your orders progress & they arrive well packed & swiftly. Included on my latest order was a Double speed rail for our new home bar. Unfortunately when we unpacked this there was a dent to one corner & a nasty scratch on the front. This damaged was not caused in transit as it was so well packed & must have happened before. I emailed the company & had a reply the next morning offering a refund or replacement. I asked for a replacement, a confirmation email of the new order was received almost instantly & my new speed rail arrived the next day in perfect condition! This is the service you want when faced with a problem. Fantastic no fuss customer service of the highest level. Thank you so much for sorting this out so efficiently & looking forward to placing my next order."
