Whether you're stuck at your desk or on your commute back home, just a touch of a button with the Lay-Z-Spa Smart Wi-fi App and you can have your spa just right for when you get home. Also features Bestways Freeze Shield™ Technology meaning this cutting edge technology will help prevent your water freezing when ambient air temperatures drops below 4°C so you can be in your spa all year round.

With the spa's easy set-up, you won't need any additional tools to get your Lay Z Spa Milan up and running. Just inflate the portable spa with the pump & heating unit and fill it up with water. Attach the heating unit to get the spa water up to 40°C (104°F), ready to accept up to 6 people for a relaxing evening in the Lay Z Massage system.

Lay-Z-Spa Smart Wi-fi App:
The app comes equipped with a variety of functions:
•Off/On Button
•Heat Control - gives you the ability to set the temperature of your spa from wherever you.
•Set Timer - allows you the ability to schedule when you want your pump to get up to temperature.
•AirJet™ Settings - allows you to adjust the massage actions of your spa.
• Filtration - gives you the option to activate/deactivate the water filter system.

The Lay z spa app is compatible with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant. Available on Apple App Store & Google Play Store

What happens if there is a fault with my Lay Z Spa?
If you assemble your Lay Z Spa and find a fault, or the Lay Z Spa develops a fault within the warranty period, please contact us. We will work with Bestway, the manufacturers, to arrange for the faulty part to be replaced. Please note that Bestway hold the warranty for this product, and will arrange repair or replacement.

Please Note: The Lay Z Spa is intended for domestic home use only. 3rd party hiring and commercial use is not covered by the warranty.

Please Note: The Lay Z Spas do not come in the original packaging and are split down into multiple parcels due to the total size and weight of the spa.

Please Note: Bubbles may appear in the base of the Lay Z Spa and will disappear after 6-8 weeks.

"Pre-order a hot tub lazy spa Milan. Incredibly difficult to get hold of everywhere. Date given for approximate delivery wasn't achieved. But did arrive just before the 2nd date they gave me. Had to email to confirm order as never received an invoice (this can be accessed online, but it would make sense to send a copy so the customer feels secure and I didn't know this before emailing them to find out and check if order had been processed) Also had to contact regarding my order not arriving by the initial date given, feel a bit annoyed that I had to seek help/advice that as a business they should be providing without being hunted down for. Email correspondence was however quick and helpful. I just would have liked to be kept informed rather than chasing it. The product itself arrived all correct and full working order so far...I think. Although can not get the hot tub connected to my phone, this maybe a user/technical issue with lazy spa rather than drink stuff. Overall really happy for quick service and delivery of a lazy spa in this climate, but as I say, communication could be improved."
