Borage pressed edible flowers add a surprising burst of texture and colour to a range of dishes. The petals can be used individually to garnish smaller plates, but also the whole flower to garnish bigger plates with a refreshing cucumber flavour.

This pressed edible flower works equally well for sweet and savoury garnishes. For example, they pair well with dill and mint herbs, goat and ricotta cheese, as well as elderflower, strawberries, lemons and oranges. In addition, they can be tossed through salads and stir fries, or mixed into cream cheese, soups and stews.
