Champagne Saucers
"12 Elegance coupe champagne glasses ordered and 12 arrived quickly and safely, except 1! However a quick phone call to customer services and with a no-fuss no-problem attitude, the cracked glass was promptly replaced. I only wanted 1 glass for the top of a wedding cake and a more expensive version would not be practical. I bought 12 because I liked the idea of using them for deserts - imagine... lemon syllabub in a champagne saucer."

"Glasses came very quickly. One was broken, which wasn't Drinkstuff's fault, although I'd argue the glasses could have been better protected in the box, and the was no "fragile" label on the package at all. Once I told Drinkstuff of the break though, a new one was sent out in much better packaging very quickly. All in all, I'm pretty happy with the service."
