UK Non-Mainland

We rely on a third party (our couriers) to delivery our parcels. Therefore, we are unable to guarantee delivery services.

However, over 98.5% of deliveries are achieved on time.

European Delivery Update

We can now ship directly to businesses in Europe with a valid VAT and EORI number. Please contact Customer Support or Sales to supply your VAT and EORI number to allow us to verify your account. Once verified, you can place orders online for European dispatch.

Extended Lead Time Items

Some of our items will show as ‘Direct Delivery’, this just means that the item you have ordered will be sent directly from the supplier. These items are not eligible for our next day delivery service. Whilst we maintain the estimated delivery dates to the best of our ability these timeframes are subject to change.

When will I get my order?

Depending on the delivery selected at check out, the time it takes for an order to be delivered will vary.

Standard orders and orders to non-mainland UK addresses will take longer with standard UK mainland orders taking 2-5 days, and non-mainland UK addresses taking 5-7days.

If you are ordering on a Friday and need the item delivered on the Saturday then you will need to select Saturday Delivery at the checkout, and you will need to place the order before 16:30pm.

Track your order

Tracking updates including a tracking number will be sent to you via email or SMS. From there you will be able to track your order directly with the courier company.

You can also log into your Drinkstuff account and track your orders from the My Account page.
