Molecular Mixology is the method of making cocktails using scientific equipment and techniques of molecular gastronomy. Molecular mixology involves using specialist techniques such as spherification, the process of turning liquid into spheres. The aim of the molecular mixologist is to create greater intensities and varieties flavour combinations and enhance the appearance of the cocktail.
