Black Cherry Bakewell Sour

Ingredients

25ml Whiskey
25ml Ameretto
25ml Lemon Juice
20ml Reàl Black Cherry
8 drops Stillabunt Unde Viginti Bitters
6 drops Stillabunt Magic Velvet Foamers

Method

  1. Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker without ice. 
  2. Dry shake to activate the foamers.
  3. Add ice and shake a second time.
  4. Fine strain into a double old fashioned glass filled with ice.
  5. Garnish with a sprig of mint and Frona Berry Mix.

50ml White Rum
15ml Triple Sec
15ml Lemon Juice
15ml Reál Hazelnut
75ml Pineapple Juice

Method

  1. Add the ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake hard. 
  3. Strain into a hiball. 
  4. Garnish with a sprig of mint, a slice of Frona Dried Green Lemon and Frona Dried Pineapple.

Ingredients
50ml Reposado Tequila
15ml Triple Sec
25ml Lime Juice
15ml Reál Black Cherry

Method

  1. Run a lime wedge across a Double Old Fashioned glass.
  2. Dip glass in Frona Chilli Rimmer mixed with flaky sea salt.
  3. Add the ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  4. Shake until cool to the touch.
  5. Strain into a glass filled with ice. 
  6. Garnish with a Frona Dried Green Lemon.

25ml Lime Juice
20ml Reál Ginger
8 drops Stillabunt Unde Viginti Bitters
Soda

Method

  1. Add all but the soda to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake hard.
  3. Strain into a hiball filled with ice then top with soda.
  4. Garnish with a slice of Frona Dried Green Apple and a sprig of mint.
