Customer service at Drink Stuff is better than the product deserves.
Bought one of these for a party , you get what you pay for. It was cheap, and it is cheap. The order arrived damaged, which was disappointing, but thanks to tremendous customer service from Drink Stuff, a replacement was with me 24 hours later and at no further cost. Not impressed by the product, but so impressed by the service that I've just ordered from them again.

Did exactly what was required
The yard of ale worked perfectly well for the night it was needed. The wider bit at the bottom is fairly thin plastic so it can dent but it's for parties so that doesn't matter much.
The customer service from Drinkstuff is first class. I'd happily buy from them again

Ordered two of these yards as we had a glass one in the rugby club but it ultimately smashed but these plastic ones are AMAZING the boys have used them several times already and they have already been dropped on the floor and received zero damage.So chuffed

The yard of ale has been bought to use as a fun game at a wedding evening party next year. The bride had been looking for one for a while so when I saw this, I just had to get it! And much less risk of injury with it being plastic,the lid and straw are an added bonus.

I've been looking for a yard of ale glass for my boyfriend, for quite a while but have nowhere to store an expensive glass one. What a treat it was to find this plastic one. It is full sized, fun and is perfect for my needs, plus sturdy enough to be carted around to every family function form now on!
