Excellent Service

Ordered 6 rectangular plates and unfortunately the 2 lowest once were broken. However, I called in and customer service was excellent. She instantly accepted my complaint and issued to send replacements, which arrived few days later. Would happily recommend company.

These plates are very pleasing to the eye, a lovely shape for food presentation and a good size. Exactly what the description says about them.
