Made famous during the 1930's and 40's, these Classic Nick & Nora Glasses are a truly exceptional alternative to a classic martini glass. Styled after the very glasses used by Nick and Nora Charles, these cocktail glasses aim to serve a truly delicate yet sophisticated drink.
As part of Steelite's Minners Classic Cocktail collection, these retro martini glasses feature a more coupe shape with an inverted lip for maximum aroma. Perfect for serving a delicate glass of champagne, a martini or a cocktail, Nick and Nora Glasses take inspiration from the detective movie "The Thin Man".

Lovely hard-to-find glasses
Really pleased you sell these, and in a set of 6, rather than commercial quantities. So hard to find glasses around 160-170ml capacity to suit a range of cocktails. These are gorgeous and chic, seem robust but still refined. Versatile shape. Also important that it is a range I can buy from again when they inevitably get broken. Fantastic fast service too.

Whilst I usually collect every obscure variety of glass going for my mixed libations, I resisted Nick & Noras for a long time thinking they would be a passing fad.
I finally gave in and took the plunge and I am glad I did. When I first got them I had concerns they appeared incredibly small next to other glasses but it's just a case of using them well. They work especially well for short serves which barely half fill a standard coupe and also for stirred/spirit heavy drinks served up (as they sit nicely between a traditional spirit glass and your usual coupe/martini glass).
Anyway, the glasses themselves are of excellent quality and well packaged. If you happen to be familiar with some of the better known high-end New York cocktail bars these will also provide you a fantastic sense of nostalgia for your time there.

I first saw these at New York cocktail bar The Dead Rabbit and loved the look of them instantly. They are small enough to ensure good portion control but large enough to look generous. Just perfect for those retro spirit-forward cocktails like Manhattans , Martinis and Daquiris. Very grateful to Julie at Drinkstuff for sourcing these in the U.K. so I can serve up super cool classic film noir cocktails for my clients and at home
