The product is good, just what I wanted, but sadly one glass arrived broken, probably broken in transit.

Champagne Saucers

12 Elegance coupe champagne glasses ordered and 12 arrived quickly and safely, except 1! However a quick phone call to customer services and with a no-fuss no-problem attitude, the cracked glass was promptly replaced. I only wanted 1 glass for the top of a wedding cake and a more expensive version would not be practical. I bought 12 because I liked the idea of using them for deserts - imagine... lemon syllabub in a champagne saucer.

Happy

Glasses came very quickly. One was broken, which wasn't Drinkstuff's fault, although I'd argue the glasses could have been better protected in the box, and the was no "fragile" label on the package at all. Once I told Drinkstuff of the break though, a new one was sent out in much better packaging very quickly. All in all, I'm pretty happy with the service.

Elegant Indeed!

Faultless service, ordered just before Christmas, goods were dispatched very promptly and arrived with plenty of time to spare. Very well packaged, lovely champagne saucers, if I had one criticism it would be that the glasses didn't hold much drink (about 125ml or less, as you don't fill to the brim). Very elegant though, I like the shorter stem these glasses have, much nicer than champagne flutes and not as easy to knock over!

Champagne glasses

I love the old films- how elegant the women were dressed in the fifties. I also love champagne along with all my friends. I have been looking for this type of glass for ages and came upon you site by mistake. You cannot imagine my surprise when I saw this glass - I just had to have them (and make all my girly friends jealous)!! I cannâ?t wait to receive them.
