I ordered a pack of 6 Steins for an Oktoberfest party we were holding. Delivery was extremely quick. Customer service was excellent - I single out Lauren Binge in this aspect - as I raised a slight concern over whether the item was being delivered or not. She was very quick, polite and efficient in getting back to me. Excellent product.

Excellent Quality Product
Excellent glass, very appropriate for an Oktoberfest style night, wanted to buy one of these in Munich recently but missed the chance, so perfect to be able to get them from here, and the delivery was very quick too.
