Excellent product and even better service

After ordering 6 of these stools approx. 7 years ago, 1 of them had started wobbling (where the post slots in to the base) too much to be safe anymore. We also needed an extra stool so I ordered 2 new stools. They arrived very quickly (nextday from memory). However I did not get chance to build them for several weeks. When I did open the box I found that some parts were missing from the order so I contacted Drinkstuff explaining that I realised it was my own fault that I had left it so long but would they be able to supply the missing parts, and I am happy to pay for delivery. very quickly they replied, apologising and informing me that the missing parts would be sent straight away by courier and they were.

Excellent stools and excellent service. More than happy to use again and recommend.

Comfy Chairs & Good Service

I ordered 3 of these chairs which were quickly delivered, easy to assemble & very comfortable to sit on which I think is a bargain considering the price for these compared to the price of bar stools elsewhere.
Worth mentioning that the back support on one of these seats was broken when delivered & couldn't support any weight however when I emailed the customer service team & they very quickly sent out a replacement that was has been fine & I've been using it since.
