Ambiente, what is it and why we attend every year...

Ambiente is the worlds largest consumer goods fair, held in Frankfurt, Germany every year. Exhibitors & delegates from all over the world attend to find new trends, meet current suppliers and check out new suppliers. 

Thursday;

Closing the laptop on Thursday afternoon to head to the airport to fly to Frankfurt in preparation for the biggest Hospitality trade show in Europe.....Ambiente 2025!

Appointments are made and comfortable shoes are at the ready. After settling in at our hotel, the team debriefs, and we go over our plans. How many steps will we do each day? Remember some team members have a longer stride then others...!

Friday, Day 1 

Arriving the night before means we are up and ready as the doors open on day 1. The buzz of the first day is apparent and the crowds start to flood through all 12 of the halls and the show is alive!

Our appointments for day 1 are mainly with our current UK suppliers and it is the perfect opportunity to see the launches from Steelite/Utopia, Churchill, and Neville's. We have close working relationships with each of these so it's great to see and catch up with each-other. It's a particularly exciting time, as this is the start of the Steelite and Utopia merge that we are totally onboard and ready for. 

In between our meetings we trawl the aisles hunting out new products, suppliers, and trends. Stands are attended and connections made....so many follow-on points for when we are back. Glassware, Tableware, Barware from all areas of the world.

Trending colours to look for? Think orange and earthy tones and the sustainable message is loud and clear again this year.

Saturday, Day 2

Divide and conquer is the order for today. Part of the team covers the halls we didn't get to the day before and the other's head to the Imports Halls. Here lies a unique opportunity to connect with our suppliers from further afield, China, India, and Turkey to name a few that we don't get to see as regularly as our UK ones and makes this show so worthwhile.

Sore feet (no matter how comfortable your shoes are) and heads buzzing with new ideas the team heads home. Until next year Ambiente, you didn't fail to deliver...
