Earlier this month Emma and Claire who look after us here at Drinkstuff headed to the CIPD Festival of Work 2025.

The Festival of work is at it's core a celebration of the brilliant potential within ourselves. Delivered by the CIPD, it's aim is to help organisations and their people build better working lives, something Drinkstuff are passionate about delivering for their staff. The event saw over 12,000 professionals over two days for collabortaion, inspiritng thought leaders, industry experts, and a whole heap of networking and immersive activities!

Emma and Claire faced a jam packed schedule and between them managed to attend 28 different sessions. Emma managed to hit 15,000 steps a day at the show! That's a lot of steps.

This was a great opportunity for them to listen to experts share their experiences and advice on implementing actionable points within Drinkstuff.

Some of Emma's highlights of the event included hearing from Matthew Syed on cultivating a high performance, and Alex Scott MBE on Breaking Barriers. For Claire it had to be meeting meeting Amanda Chadwick, who is known throughout the HR world for their content surrounding employment law/rights, health and safety, and wellbeing.

Drinkstuff are lucky to have two caring and passionate professionals who want to make Drinkstuff an even better place to work!
