September 2025 flavour of the month is Cherry. And while these recipes below are made with Monin's Cherry Syrup, Monin also have two other Cherry products;
Cherry is great flavour and pairs with many drinks, including Coffee and Hot Chocolate. Just think, Cherry & Chocolate is Black Forest. When it comes to Cocktails and mixed Drinks, again, Cherry can be paired in most drinks. Whether you're thinking Rum, Vodka, Tequila, Whiskey, or even Gin. Cocktails, think; Mojitos, Collins, Margaritas, Sours, Manhattans and much more.
And if you're looking for other flavours to pair Cherry with, think;

Syrups are very much adjust to taste and its up to you to find your sweet spot. Some brands recommend 20ml, especially with coffee. Hence Monin sell a 10ml Pump especially for Coffee Shops. Some Cocktail recipes call for 25ml. However, I feel the sweet spot for the vast majority of serves is 15ml.
The golden rule;
You can always add more, never take away. So my advice would be to start with 15ml and if you find you need more, add more!
