When I checked the goods I found that the small paper plates were missing, they were only £1.99, but I did need them. I rang the contact number and spoke to a very charming young lady, who took my reference number straight away. She called me by my first name and asked what the problem was. When I told her the small plates were not in the box, she said 'that's not very good, I will send them out straight away and was there anything else she could help me with?' This is how customer services should act! The only thing I regret not doing is taking her name so I could congratulate her. Well done!!!
