"I was satisfied with my order once it arrived, but not with the delivery. I received an email from the courier saying delivery would be made on the 16th of December so I waited in all day. No parcel which annoyed me a little, but I decided to stay in all day on the 17th as well to allow for the bad weather and possible delays because of it. However, it still didn't arrive on the 17th and I had no further communication from the courier and their website didn't give any contact details to enquire about the order. Finally, my stuff arrived in the evening on the 21st of December and the delivery driver had no idea that the order should have been delivered earlier. This has put me off ordering in the future if I need things in a hurry unfortunately."
