Made the Hetty Suck
"I actually got Hetty to suck by covering the top 4 vents with sellotape leaving the bottom one uncovered. She now works great!!"

Drinkstuff says: Many thanks for your tip!
Complete rubbish
"Ours was absolutely rubbish. I can't belive Henry associated themselves with such a terrible product. It is stuff like this clogging up our landfills."

Fun but useless
"This is a fun item and exactly like a proper Henry but there is no suction at all. It really is useless as a keyboard vacuum. If you hold the nozzle directly over a crumb it does suck it up but you have to suck each crumb up individually! But it does look like a Henry in every way"
Colin Graham - Sowerby Bridge, 22nd February '09
Drinkstuff says: Thank you for your comments Colin. As stated in the description and other similar comments, the product is largely intended as a desktop ornament in the form of a Henry Vacuum Cleaner. A novelty feature of this product is the vacuum suction, however this does not have the strength to operate as a keyboard cleaner.
Hetty Vac
"Didn't suck when operated."
Dennis Wall - West Yorks, 31st December '08
Drinkstuff says: Thank you for your comments Dennis. The Hetty does have a small amount of suction, but at £12, this product should be treated a novelty desk ornament rather than a vacuum cleaner.
Henry Desk Vacuums
"Fantastic delivery and on Xmas morning everyone thought he was sooo cute and wanted one of their own. He really sucks up dust from the PC and also works great on a train set. Thank you very much, so don't listen to the people who must have really dirty PC's and asking too much of Henry."

Hetty Desk Vacuum
"I like the item, appearance good and easy to insert batteries. I would prefer it to be a bit more powerful though. I don't yet know how effective it will be for actually cleaning the computer as I haven't tried it properly yet. It did manage to suck up a few tea leaves though, so hopefully it will vacuum up the dust! Excellent service and prompt delivery from Drinkstuff.com"

I don't know what to think of it!
"I bought the 'Hetty' one as a present, and yeh fair enough it's pretty cool but it doesn't come with a manual/instructions... Like why is the little bit of sponge in front of the suction bit? And for the price you pay for it as well as packaging, it's definately not worth it. Also when you turn it on it feels like it doesn't even work, I only bought it because I thought it would actually work (suck). Oh yeh and if it is meant to be a novelty item, then it should say it is a novelty item because then people won't take it so seriously and be disappointed! Not very happy really!"
Danny Jones - Cardiff, 11th December '08
Drinkstuff says: Thank you for your comments Danny. We are sorry that you are disappointed with the Hetty, however we do state that this is a novelty product. Many of the newspapers have recently featured this product resulting in a fantastic response. We have sold hundreds! Unfortunately, they may not state that this is a novelty product. However, suction will improve if you remove the small piece of foam from in front of the suction pipe. This is stated in our further info tab.
Load of Rubbish
"I think Hetty has to be the worst purchase of mine for a long time. She seemed very appealing on paper but certainly isn't fit for purpose. Suction didn't work!!! Forget her and get the real thing!!"
Jan - Hampshire, 10th December '08
Drinkstuff says: Thank you for your comments Jan. The Henry & Hetty vacuums are novelty products. They are battery powered so understandably offer minimal suction. If your primary function for the product is cleaning then this is not the product for you. This has been a very popular product with our customers for its size and fun factor!
Amazing!
"This product is amazing! I bought the girl one, Henrietta and it is just amazing. You can really get to where an original hoover can't! Can't wait for new products from the same make as this to come out. Once again Drinkstuff, you made my day!"
