Our warehouse have said that due to the length of one of the items that you purchased, we have had to package these in a larger box than usual in order for you to receive all of your items together.

The 2 Pre-Order items will follow separately and as and when they come into stock, they will be sent out to you immediately. We'd rather you received your order bit by bit rather than waiting for the whole order to come into stock. The postage of the Pre-Order items is funded by us.

"The parcel was not signed for when delivered and was left around the side of the house in the rain. When I opened the package, the item was damaged. Now that I have returned the item I haven't heard back from the customer service team, and the fridge was picked up over a week ago. I would not recommend your service and I will be looking for a full refund rather than a replacement product simply because how inefficient your correspondence has been."

Your returned goods have been received but we do state that it can take up to 10 days to process a return. This is now complete and you have received full refund.

"Took over six weeks to get them and there was no indication of this wait at the point of purchase. I was only informed of the stock status after I had paid. The price was good but the wait was unacceptable, especially when there was no indication of this until payment had been made. For this reason it is unlikely that I would ever use this site again and I would not recommend the site to others. I hope that this feedback is of some use and helps to improve your business."

It would have been listed as Pre-Order and out of stock with a due date. This date is subject to change based on the stock of our suppliers however you would have been notified by email of any changes to this date. When you reach the basket, the product is again indicated as pre-order with a paragraph of text underneath explaining Pre-Order. We have tried to make this as clear as possible but we would appreciate any of your feedback to improve the way in which this is displayed.

"The prompt service from this company was very efficient indeed. My items arrived when they said they would. I ordered a Roulette Wheel a box of playing chips and a roulette numbers cloth. The very high class playing chips arrived in a superb aluminium box but unfortunately the cloth and beautifully manufactured mahogany very expensive Roulette wheel were in a cardboard box. With an item of that quality I would have expected good quality carrying box. Having said that, I will make one in my workshop, and I am still very satisfied with my purchase."

Expected a little better care for a 20 quid plus book, so this detracted from an otherwise great shopping experience."

"Just wanted to send a quick thank you message to all at Drinkstuff for the fantastic service. I bought some poker things from you a few months ago, amongst them an Electronic Dealer Button. After using the button a few times I realised it had a fault where it was losing its memory and settings all of the time. I called customer services and explained the problem to one of your operators who after a few moments of consulting your 'poker expert' told me a replacement would be sent out and there wasn't even any need to return the faulty one. Sure enough, a brand new dealer button arrived in the post the following day. Fantastic service, no quibbling, no fuss, complete customer satisfaction. I'll certainly be back to order again and I'll be sure to recommend your site to my friends. Thanks once again."

"I have purchased a few things from Drinkstuff.com now and I have always been pleased with the services. I would however like to see some for of gift system as I know that the gift vouchers were taken away due to fraud. I totally understand this but I think that a system does need to be in place, even if it is like a wish list service that people can make a contribution to. Some of your items are quite expensive for non business purchases and it's always nice when people can club together to get an item for some one."

"I was looking for things to furnish our shed - which is now a "pub"!! Living in very rural Somerset meant no chance of finding anything locally. Found Drinkstuff online and was impressed by the website - very clear and easy to navigate. It always feels a bit of a gamble ordering online from an unfamiliar website but had no reason to worry - order arrived exactly when it should, everything present and correct, all packed really well and very pleased with quality of items received. Will be 40 next year and will definitely be using the site again when I organise my party!!"

"Best value on the net for the product that I wanted. Only thing was, I was at work all day, so unable to have it delivered at home! So I selected my Mum's address. Received a phone message but was not able to make it out or who from, 3 days, still no lamp, and then I received an email saying that drinkstuff where trying to contact me saying that they need me to say that it was OK to deliver to my Mum's address due to credit card fraud. So I phoned on Friday but the office was shut so had to wait to Monday to speak to someone. Bad point: Having to wait and having my Mum sitting in all day waiting for the postman. Good point: I am pleased they take fraud seriously and to prevent us customers from getting ripped off. Overall, a great company and a joy to chat to normal happy people at the other end of the line."
