With moderate use, the Lay Z Spa will cost approximately £10 per month.
Each function on the pump/heater uses the following:
Massage: 0.6kW/hr
Filter: 0.05kW/hr
Heater: 2kW/hr
Add together how many kilowatts you would use when running the spa, then your service provider will be able to tell you how much you are charged per Kilowatt, this will then give you the cost to run the spa.
To address issues with the pump operation on the Series 1, the heater and the massage system can no longer run at the same time. If you switch the heater on, the massage system will automatically turn off and vice versa. This change has been made by Bestway to better improve the running operation of the pump.
For the new Premium Series 3 Lay Z Spa, there have been improvements in the internal construction of the pump to address any issues found in previous Lay Z Spa pumps.
Approx 2 hours (depending on water pressure).
Approx 10 hours
From our tests about one degree per 4 hours (based on September outside temperatures).

Yes, you would not want it any hotter than this.
We recommend they are changed fortnightly, however after a good clean they will last up to a month.
If looked after, your Lay Z Spa should last for years.
Yes, we do offer spare parts - Lay Z Spa Spare Parts
The filter unit doubles as a pump and you can inflate all 5 sections of your spa in around 10 minutes.
A soft damp sponge will clean general dirt. Once emptied, warm soapy water will remove any other deposits.
The whole hot tub is protected with a tough outer shell which will stop most objects from piercing the unit.
We recommend changing the water every 2 months.
Yes
An easy to use repair patch is included in the unlikely event of getting a puncture. If you have mislaid your puncture repair patch, we offer them for purchase - Lay Z Spa Puncture Repair Patches.
Up to 4 adults.
You can use it indoors but we do not recommend this due to the moisture from the hot water.
Yes, however we do not recommend they are used by babies under 6 months old. All children should be supervised by an adult and the water temperature should be monitored by an adult for younger children.
The spa will withstand general use and light climbing in and out of it
This would depend mainly on the amount of use, but on average once every 10 days after use of the spa.
You can use the spa without chemicals but you would need to change the water more regularly. You would have to check with your doctor to see if the chemicals would effect them.
Please note however the chemicals are very similar to those used in public swimming pools.
The jets are powerful enough to create a nice sensation in the tub but not powerful enough to hurt you.
Empty the water, dry, deflate then pack away in the original box (make sure it is dry though as you do not want a mouldy tub when you unpack it again).
You may be able to, but if you can't then we offer them for purchase - Lay Z Spa Filters
Please Note: Always use official Bestway manufactured filters with the Bestway Lay Z Spa. Use of third party products may void the warranty.
