How to Make an Alcoholic Butter Beer Ingredients: 1 Bottle of British Ale (e.g. Speckled Hen) 1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice 113g of Brown Sugar 2 Egg Yolks 2.5 tbsp of Unsalted Butter Method: Pour the Ale into a Saucepan and gently simmer on a low heat Stir in the 1 tsp of Pumpkin Pie Spice Whisk together the Egg Yolks and Brown Sugar and add to the Ale Simmer for 3-5 minutes & remove from heat, stir in the butter until full mixed in Froth this mixture to form a form Optional: Whip up Whipping Cream with Powdered Sugar and add Butterscotch flavouring to form the classic frothy top
